What We Can Supply

If you work in warehousing, distribution or logistics, we can supply hi-vis PPE, safety footwear, gas detection, height safety and maintenance equipment across every category this environment calls for. Warehouse and distribution sites carry their own safety considerations, from the pedestrian and vehicle interface to racking and work at height, as well as confined spaces in cold stores and loading areas, and we can supply the right products for each of them.

Hi-vis PPE and workwear including hi-visibility vests, jackets, trousers and coveralls for warehouse operatives, yard workers and maintenance teams. EN ISO 20471 Class 2 is typically the minimum for warehouse environments with vehicle movements. We supply Portwest and JSP for hi-vis clothing, and Portwest in particular offer an enormous range of warehouse-appropriate hi-vis and workwear at competitive prices for bulk supply.

Safety footwear including safety boots and safety trainers with composite toe caps, midsole protection and slip-resistant soles for warehouse floors. We supply V12 Footwear, Portwest and Bata Industrials for safety footwear. Safety trainers have become the preferred option for many warehouse operators, being lighter and more comfortable over long shifts on hard floors while still meeting S1P or S3 safety requirements.

Gas detection for confined spaces and dock areas including portable 4-gas monitors (O2, LEL, CO, H2S) for confined space entry in inspection pits, cold store compressor rooms, underground loading bays and vehicle maintenance areas. We supply Crowcon and MSA Safety for warehouse-appropriate gas monitors. Fork truck battery charging areas can generate hydrogen, so if you charge lead-acid batteries in an enclosed space, gas detection is worth considering.

Height safety for racking and structures including harnesses, lanyards and anchor systems for warehouse maintenance work at height such as racking inspections, roof access, lighting maintenance and sprinkler system work. We supply Petzl and MSA Safety. Working at height on racking and warehouse structures calls for fall protection equipment and a properly conducted risk assessment.

Cable management and floor marking including cable ties, cable management products, floor marking tape and hazard warning tape for organising cabling and clearly marking pedestrian walkways, hazard zones and traffic routes. We supply HellermannTyton for cable management. Floor marking is one of the most cost-effective things a warehouse can do to improve pedestrian and vehicle separation.

General maintenance tools and fixings including hand tools, power tools and fixings for warehouse maintenance teams carrying out repairs, installation and building maintenance work. We supply Bahco, Bosch and Fischer, which together cover the typical warehouse maintenance kit. We can also put together maintenance kits for new warehouse setups if that would help.
