We ship to customers all over the UK and across the world. We’ll confirm delivery costs and lead times when we quote.
UK Delivery
We deliver right across mainland UK, plus Northern Ireland, Scotland and the islands. Depending on stock and where the supplier sits, we can usually offer standard or next-day options.
Most stock items go out within 1 to 3 working days of payment. For anything we source to order, we’ll confirm the lead time when we quote.
Your delivery cost comes through with your quote. If something’s urgent, say so when you enquire and we’ll point you to the fastest way to get it to you.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide by DHL Express, FedEx and sea or air freight, choosing the route that suits the size of the order and where it’s headed. Over the years we’ve supplied customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Americas and beyond.
What we can send abroad depends on the product and the destination. A few items, particularly chemicals and aerosols, carry shipping restrictions to certain countries. When we quote, we’ll confirm exactly what we can get to you and what it’ll cost.
Import duties, taxes and local charges are payable by the recipient on arrival. It’s worth checking your country’s import rules before you order.
How We Ship
DHL Express
Our go-to for most international orders. Fast, fully tracked and door-to-door, usually 2 to 5 working days.
FedEx International
An alternative to DHL on certain routes, fully tracked. We pick whichever carrier suits the destination and the order best.
Sea & Air Freight
For bigger or heavier orders where an express courier isn’t practical. Sea, air and road freight available, with lead times and costs quoted per shipment.
UK Courier
UK orders go by next-day or economy courier, whichever you need. You’ll get full tracking when it ships.

How quickly will my order be despatched?
Stock items usually go out within 1 to 3 working days of cleared payment. For items we source to order, we’ll confirm the lead time when we quote. If timing’s tight, tell us when you enquire and we’ll do our best.
Can I get next-day delivery in the UK?
Yes, on stock items ordered in time. Let us know the date you need it by and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Send us your requirement and where it’s going, and we’ll confirm what we can supply, the shipping options and the cost. A few items, particularly chemicals and aerosols, can’t go to every destination.
Who pays import duties and taxes on international orders?
Import duties, taxes and local charges are down to the recipient. They vary by country and product type, so it’s worth checking your local import rules before you place an order.
Can you provide export documentation?
Yes, of course. We can supply commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin on request. If you need calibration or material certificates, just mention it when you enquire.
