What We Can Supply

For oil and gas, we supply non-sparking tools, gas detection, FR workwear and specialist PPE to hazardous area requirements. We’re comfortable with ATEX certification and quality documentation, and we supply operations across the UK and internationally, including the North Sea, Middle East, West Africa and beyond. Non-sparking hand tools including beryllium copper (BeCu) and aluminium bronze (AlBr) hand tools for Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2 ATEX classified areas. Spanners, adjustable wrenches, hammers, chisels, pliers and socket sets. Ega Master and Ampco Safety Tools are the two most relied upon names in this sector, both with full ATEX and IECEx certification available.

Gas detection including portable single-gas and multi-gas monitors for personal and area monitoring. Standard 4-gas configurations (O2, LEL, CO, H2S) plus specialist options for SO2, NH3, NO2 and VOCs. Dräger, Crowcon, MSA Safety and Industrial Scientific, all with UK service and calibration support available.

Hydraulic torque and bolting including hydraulic torque wrenches, pneumatic torque wrenches, torque multipliers and hydraulic cylinders for high-force bolting in process piping and flange connections. Enerpac and Hytorc for hydraulic equipment; Norbar for calibrated mechanical torque tools. Calibration certificates available on request.

FR and specialist workwear including flame-resistant coveralls certified to EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149-5 for electrostatic protection, chemical splash suits and disposable coveralls (Tyvek Type 5/6). DuPont Tyvek and Lakeland Industries for chemical protective clothing; Portwest and Roots EHS for FR workwear.

Respiratory protection including half-face and full-face respirators with ABEK, organic vapour, P3 and combination filter options for H2S and hydrocarbon vapour hazards, plus escape respirators for emergency evacuation. 3M and Dräger for respirators and filters; MSA Safety for SCBA.

Height safety and confined space including harnesses, lanyards, self-retracting lifelines and confined space entry equipment for offshore and onshore installations. Petzl, Tractel and MSA Safety. Equipment supplied with current test certificates on request.

Lifting gear and rigging including chain slings, shackles, hooks, swivels and turnbuckles for lifting operations in process plants and offshore environments. Crosby and Pewag, with full load ratings and traceability documentation available.
