Help & Information
Common Questions.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
The simplest way is to email, call or WhatsApp us with what you need. Tell us the product name or description, the quantity and your delivery address. We’ll check availability, confirm the price and delivery cost, and send you an invoice to pay before despatch. No online basket, no automated checkout. Just a straightforward back-and-forth.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for UK orders. For international shipments, get in touch and we’ll be straight with you about what’s practical based on the destination and what the shipping will cost.
Products & Stock
The product I need isn’t on your website. Can you still help?
Very likely, yes. The website shows a selection. We stock and source a lot more than what’s listed. If you know the brand, model number or part reference, send it over and we’ll check. We often track down things that other merchants can’t find.
Do you sell to individuals, or just businesses?
Mostly trade and businesses, but we’re not strict about it. If you’re an individual looking for something specific, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to customers worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx and freight. We’ve sent orders to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Americas and beyond. Shipping costs and transit times are confirmed when we quote, before you commit to anything.
Can you supply any product to any country?
Not always. International availability varies by product and destination, and there are some situations where we’re not able to supply a particular product to a particular location. We’ll always be honest with you if that’s the case. The best thing to do is contact us first with your requirement and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you make any plans around it.
Who pays import duties and taxes on international orders?
Import duties, taxes and any customs clearance fees at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Requirements vary by country. If you’re unsure what to expect, it’s worth checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We can provide commercial invoices and packing lists with the shipment to help with customs clearance.
Payment & Returns
How can I pay?
Bank transfer (BACS) or credit/debit card. If you have a trade account with approved credit terms, you can pay on 30-day invoice. We don’t take cash or cheque.
What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
Get in touch and we’ll sort it. If something arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll arrange a return and replacement or refund. Returns need to be agreed with us beforehand, so please don’t send things back without checking first. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
