Other important terms
No partnership or agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
Transfer of this agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens, and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights under these Terms.
No waiver. If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things, and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Severability. Each of the clauses of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
Third party rights. These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
