Calibrated torque tools including torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, electronic torque wrenches and torque multipliers for fastener tightening to manufacturer-specified values. Norbar, Stahlwille and Snap-on for calibrated aerospace torque tools. Calibration certificates traceable to national standards (UKAS) are routinely required for torque tools used in aircraft maintenance, so please specify the required calibration standard and accuracy class when enquiring.

FOD-safe hand tools including fully accounted tool sets and individual tools designed for Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control in aircraft maintenance environments. Snap-on and Stahlwille both produce tools and tool storage systems that support FOD control programmes. Tool etching, colour coding and shadow board systems are available to order. If you have a specific FOD control requirement or tool control system, please mention it when you enquire.

Precision measuring instruments including digital and analogue micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, depth gauges and dial test indicators for dimensional inspection of aircraft components. Mitutoyo for precision measuring instruments, widely used in aerospace quality departments worldwide. Calibration certificates traceable to national standards are available on request, with UKAS-traceable calibration available for critical applications.

General aircraft maintenance tools including spanners, sockets, Allen keys, pliers and screwdrivers for aircraft maintenance tasks. Snap-on, Stahlwille and Bahco are all regularly specified for aircraft maintenance tooling. We can supply individual tools or complete tool kit assemblies.

Ground support PPE and workwear including hi-vis clothing, safety boots, hearing protection, eye protection and gloves for apron and hangar working environments. Portwest, JSP, 3M and Uvex. Hi-vis is a standard ramp safety requirement, with Class 2 as the minimum for apron working in most airport environments.

Cutting and abrasive tools including precision cutting tools, drills and abrasives for aircraft composite and metallic structure repair and fabrication.
