What We Can Supply

If you work in NHS estates, private hospital FM, GP surgery maintenance or medical research facility operations, we can supply the tools, test equipment and PPE for the maintenance and estates function, which is where we focus. We don’t supply clinical or medical products. If you’re responsible for keeping a healthcare building running and need a hand with the tools and equipment side of that, get in touch and we’ll be glad to help.

PAT testing equipment including portable appliance testers for compliance testing of portable electrical equipment across hospital wards, departments and ancillary buildings. We supply Seaward and Megger PAT testers, both widely used in NHS estates. Seaward produce NHS-specific PAT testers with tailored reporting formats and are well regarded for their ease of use in large portfolio testing programmes.

Maintenance hand tools and power tools including general maintenance tools, drills, screwdrivers, spanners and workshop hand tools for hospital estates teams carrying out repairs across clinical and non-clinical areas. We supply Bahco, Wera and Bosch for professional maintenance tools, and we can help put together a replacement kit for an existing workshop or kit out a new estates team.

PPE for maintenance operatives including safety boots, gloves, safety glasses, knee pads and dust masks for estates and maintenance staff, plus disposable coveralls for working in clinical areas. We supply Portwest and Uvex for general maintenance PPE, and DuPont Tyvek for disposable coveralls where contamination precautions apply during maintenance in clinical areas.

Fixings and building maintenance products including screws, wall plugs, anchor bolts, sealants and gap fillers for maintenance and minor repair work. We supply Fischer and Rawlplug for fixing systems, and CT1 and Soudal for sealants. Healthcare buildings need the same maintenance consumables as any commercial building.

Access equipment including platform stepladders and podium steps for safe working at height in ward corridors, plant rooms and ancillary areas. We supply Werner and Youngman. Platform steps are generally preferred over stepladders in clinical environments for their stability and reduced fall risk.
