Cable tools and termination including cable strippers, wire strippers, coax tools, alarm cable strippers, RJ45 crimping tools, punch-down tools and cable rods. We supply KNIPEX for precision cable strippers and cutters, and CK Tools for a comprehensive range of alarm and security cabling tools. Good cable tools make terminations faster and more reliable, and they’re among the most used items in any fire and security engineer’s van.

Cable management and identification including cable ties, cable clips, conduit saddles, cable labels and identification products for fire and security system wiring. We carry HellermannTyton for cable management, whose fire-rated cable tie range suits systems where the fire performance of ancillary components matters. Clear cable identification is especially important in fire and security systems that may need to be traced and tested years later.

Electrical test equipment including multifunction installation testers, insulation resistance testers, loop impedance testers and socket testers for system commissioning, handover testing and periodic inspection. We supply Fluke, Megger and Kewtech test instruments. Fire and security systems in commercial buildings need periodic inspection and testing, and the right instruments are essential for producing the test reports required by BS 5839 and EN 50131.

Fixings for installation including wall plugs, screws, anchor bolts, cable clips and conduit fixings for detector, sounder, call point and panel mounting. We supply Fischer and Rawlplug for anchoring and fixing, and HellermannTyton for conduit and cable clips. Choosing the right fixing for the substrate makes installations faster and more professional.

Security hardware including padlocks, combination locks, hasps, mortice bolts and access control hardware for physical security installations. We supply ABUS and Squire for security padlocks and hardware. ABUS offer one of the most comprehensive security hardware ranges available in the UK, covering everything from basic padlocks to high-security disc detainer locks.

Access equipment and PPE including stepladders, podium steps and platform ladders for panel mounting, detection and cabling work at height in commercial interiors. We supply Werner and Lyte Ladders, along with safety boots, gloves, knee pads and safety glasses from Portwest and JSP for installation teams.
