Norbar and Stahlwille for calibrated torque tools with national standards traceability. Calibration documentation is a standard requirement in defence maintenance, so please specify the calibration standard and accuracy class required when you enquire.

Non-sparking tools for hazardous environments including beryllium copper and aluminium bronze non-sparking hand tools for use around munitions, propellants, fuel systems and ATEX hazardous areas. Ega Master offer the most comprehensive range of ATEX-certified non-sparking tools available, and we can supply with full certification documents on request.

Tool control and FOD prevention including foam tool control inserts, shadow board systems, tool etching equipment and tool accounting systems for controlled maintenance environments and flight line tool control. Snap-on tool control systems and individual tool etching services are available. Tool control is a safety-critical requirement in many defence maintenance environments, so if you have a specific system or standard you’re working to, please mention it when you enquire.
