What We Supply
Air Impact Wrenches
Pneumatic impact wrenches, also known as air guns, air impacts, rattleguns or air rattles, in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” drive sizes. They suit automotive wheel removal, heavy fastening and industrial bolting, with twin-hammer and pin-clutch mechanisms and high-torque models for structural and heavy engineering.
Air Drills & Ratchets
Pneumatic straight drills, pistol-grip drills and right-angle drills for metal, wood and composite drilling, plus air ratchets in 1/4” and 3/8” drive for awkward-access fastening. Keyless chuck and variable-speed models are available for precision work, with through-coolant options for production drilling.
Air Grinders & Die Grinders
Straight die grinders, angle die grinders and pencil grinders for deburring, grinding, polishing and weld bead dressing. They work with mounted points, flap wheels, carbide burrs and rubber-bonded abrasive points in hard-to-reach areas, and high-speed models are available for composite and carbon fibre grinding.
Needle Scalers & Chipping Hammers
Needle scalers, rotary scalers and chipping hammers for surface preparation, rust removal, weld slag removal, paint stripping and concrete scabbling. They are essential for structural steel maintenance, shipbuilding, offshore facilities and bridge maintenance, and come in various stroke lengths and needle bundle configurations.
Air Sanders & Polishers
Dual-action (DA) orbital sanders, random orbital sanders, file sanders and straight-line sanders for bodywork, composite finishing and surface preparation. We also supply air polishers for automotive bodywork, marine gelcoat and metalwork, plus jitterbug (straight-line) sanders for primer flatting, in high and low-speed models.
Air Compressors
Portable and stationary air compressors in oil-free and oil-lubricated versions, direct-drive and belt-drive, single-phase and three-phase. The range runs from compact site compressors to large-volume workshop units, including silent (low-noise) compressors for noise-sensitive environments, with receiver sizes from 24 litres to 500 litres and beyond.
Airline Hose & Couplings
Air hose assemblies in rubber, PVC and polyurethane (PU), with quick-release couplings in BSP, Euro (Rectus 21), Orion and Milton profiles. We also stock coiled retractable hoses, hose reels, spring balancers, swivel joints and inline connectors to suit all pneumatic tool connections, along with BSPP and BSPT thread adaptors.
Air Treatment & Regulators
FRL units (filter-regulator-lubricator), inline pressure regulators, moisture separators, refrigerant air dryers and coalescing filters. We also supply blow guns and safety blow guns compliant with pressure regulations, calibrated pressure gauges, inline ball valves and push-fit pneumatic fittings for system assembly.
