Diamond blades for angle grinders. Mexco segmented, continuous rim and turbo diamond blades come in 115 mm and 125 mm diameters for angle grinders cutting concrete, block, brick, natural stone, ceramic and porcelain. There are specific grades for different materials: the All Purpose and Contractor ranges for general construction masonry, the Xtreme range for reinforced concrete and harder aggregates, and the Premium Porcelain range for large-format porcelain tiles where chip-free cutting matters. We also supply 230 mm blades for large angle grinders on heavy masonry cutting.

Diamond core bits, dry and wet. The Mexco dry diamond core bits in the DCB range suit SDS-plus and SDS-max drills and cordless core drills, in diameters from 22 mm to 162 mm for cable and pipe penetrations, anchor holes and service holes through brick, block, concrete and stone. The wet diamond core bits in the AGP range handle larger-diameter coring with mains-powered rigs where water cooling is available.

Tile drill bits, diamond and carbide. Mexco diamond-tipped tile drill bits drill porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural stone without cracking. A standard twist bit cannot get through porcelain without shattering the tile, so a diamond or carbide spear-point bit is essential here. They are available in a diameter range from 6 mm to 68 mm, in both standard cylindrical and TCT spear-point designs depending on the material and drilling method.

SDS-plus masonry drill bits and TCT accessories. Mexco SDS-plus masonry drill bits have a carbide tip for drilling concrete, block and brick with SDS rotary hammers, and the TCT hole saws cut circular holes in plasterboard, fibre cement, render and composite building boards.
