Cup brushes for angle grinders. Lessmann knotted and crimped wire cup brushes come in 75 mm and 100 mm diameters for M14 angle grinder spindles, in carbon steel, stainless steel and brass wire specifications. Knotted wire cup brushes handle aggressive rust, scale and weld spatter removal from steel fabrications, while crimped wire cups suit lighter surface cleaning and finishing where knotted wire would be too aggressive. Stainless steel wire cups are for cleaning stainless steel and aluminium without iron contamination.

Wheel brushes for angle grinders. Lessmann knotted and crimped wire wheel brushes come in 115 mm and 125 mm diameters for cleaning welds, removing coatings and preparing surfaces on flat steel sections and plate. A wheel brush works differently from a cup brush, cleaning a narrower path with higher wire tip contact pressure, which makes it well suited to weld seams, edges and narrow areas where a cup brush would be impractical.

End brushes and drill-mounted brushes. Lessmann end brushes have a 6 mm shank for use in die grinders, Dremels and power drills, cleaning internal surfaces, holes, bores and profiles. The range includes twisted wire and crimped end brushes in diameters from 6 mm to 30 mm, plus tube cleaning brushes for surface preparation inside tube ends and pipe sockets.

Strip brushes and industrial brushes.
