About Everbuild

Everbuild Building Products was established in Leeds, Yorkshire, and built its place in the UK construction chemicals market through practical product development aimed squarely at the needs of the British building trades. The company joined the Sika Group in 2011, which brought Everbuild into one of the world’s largest construction chemicals organisations while keeping the brand identity and the UK-facing range that tradespeople had come to rely on. Sika’s global technical resources have been put to work expanding and improving the Everbuild range ever since.

Everbuild is genuinely well distributed across the UK trade merchant network. Builders’ merchants, timber merchants, electrical wholesalers and general trade suppliers all carry the range, so a tradesperson can usually find Everbuild products locally rather than having to order from specialist suppliers. That availability is part of the brand’s value, because a sealant or adhesive that is technically excellent but not to hand on the day of the job is of limited use.

The range is broad enough to cover most standard building and construction chemical needs from one brand: silicone and hybrid sealants, expanding foam, grab adhesives, wood care products, concrete repair, damp proofing, tile adhesives and grouts, fillers and decorating chemicals. Products We Can Supply from Everbuild

Sealants cover silicone sealants in acetoxy and neutral cure formulations for general jointing, sanitary applications, glazing and external weatherproofing, the C3 range of hybrid sealants for paintable jointing in timber, masonry and UPVC, and fire-rated and intumescent sealants for fire compartmentalisation. They are available in a comprehensive colour range to match common substrate and decoration colours.

Grab adhesives and construction adhesives include Gripfill solvent-based grab adhesive for bonding timber, concrete, ceramics and general building materials, the Everbuild polymer-based grab adhesive range where a solvent-free product is needed or preferred, and structural adhesives for load-bearing bonding. Grab adhesives are used across joinery, insulation installation, skirting and architrave fixing, and general site bonding.

Expanding foam and fillers include polyurethane expanding foam in standard, LHF (low hazard formula), fire-rated and gun foam formulations for window and door installation, pipe penetration sealing, cavity filling and thermal gap-filling, alongside interior and exterior fillers, decorators’ caulk and flexible gap fillers for preparation and finishing work.

Damp proofing, waterproofing and wood treatments cover bitumen and rubberised waterproofing coatings for flat roofs, basements and foundations, cavity wall damp proof course creams, tanking slurries for below-ground waterproofing, and wood preservatives, hardeners and waterproofers for exterior timber protection. Products from the Cementone range within the Everbuild portfolio cover concrete and masonry repair.
